Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 pints of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream
  • 1 pack of chocolate chip cookies (crumbled)
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, cookie dough pieces, whipped cream swirls

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Base:
    • Spread a layer of crumbled chocolate chip cookies on the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. Layer the Ice Cream:
    • Soften the cookie dough ice cream slightly, then layer it over the cookie base evenly.
  3. Add Layers:
    • Alternate between layers of crumbled cookies and ice cream until the pan is filled.
  4. Freeze:
    • Place the cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. Decorate:
    • Top with whipped cream swirls, chocolate syrup drizzle, and your favorite toppings.
  6. Serve:
